All we do is service. Many of our competitors rely on sales of hardware, software, and outside service contracts to operate their business. We believe that this creates a conflict of interest. It is much more important to us to provide you with the hardware and software that is right for you than it is to turn a profit from reselling it. You can trust that the recommendations we make are in your best interest.
Every customer is assigned a dedicated account manager. Instead of calling a call center and getting whoever is available when a serious problem occurs, our customers call their account manager. The account manager will either address the issue themselves, or delegate the work to other capable network engineers.
Our customers enjoy the consistency this brings and since the account manager is already familiar with their network, our customers don’t have to explain situations in as much detail, saving everyone’s valuable time.
